I’m Geoff Fisher, a professional photographer in Perth, Western Australia — For many years I did what every small operator does: signed up for the well-known CRMs, paid the monthly fees, and tried to make my business work with their workflows.
Three things kept bothering me. The fees kept growing. My client list — many years of relationships — lived on a server I didn’t control. And a lot of what I paid for, I never used.
So I built MyHubMyWay, a complete client and invoicing system in a single file that lives on my computer, works offline, and costs nothing per month. I use it to run my small business every day — every client, quote, invoice and booking.
I created it for every solo operator who has the same three problems I had.
