Terms of Sale & Licence

MyHubMyWay is sold under a single-business licence. Your copy is branded and licensed to the business named at purchase, for use by that business on its own computers. You may make as many backup copies as you like for your own use. You may not share, resell, rebrand or redistribute the software, in original or modified form, without written permission. The software is © 2026 Geoff Fisher, Fisher Photography Perth. All rights reserved. Your business data is yours alone — we never see it, store it or claim any rights over it.

Refund Policy

Your purchase is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If the software is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what we said it does, contact info@myhubmyway.com and we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. Because each copy is custom-built and delivered digitally, we don’t offer refunds for simple change of mind — please read the FAQ and ask questions before buying; we answer honestly.

Privacy Policy

The website and shop collect only what’s needed to fulfil your order: your name, email and business details, used to build and deliver your copy and provide support. We don’t sell or share your information. The CRM itself stores all of its data on your own computer — we have no access to it, ever. To ask about or remove your details, email info@myhubmyway.com.
